The annual meetings of the AACB will be hosted by the Bank of Mauritius from August 30 to September 4, 2024 in Mauritius, as follows :

Accommodation: Participants are advised to make accommodation reservations at their preferred hotels. The rates for the recommended hotels include bed and breakfast. Delegates should indicate that they are attending the “BoM Events” at the time of booking.
Airport Transfers: The Bank of Mauritius will provide complimentary airport transfer services between the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport in Plaine Magnien and the selected hotels for all participants. In this regard, participants are requested to communicate travel itineraries in the registration form to facilitate transfer logistics.
Transportation: Transport between hotels and meeting venues, for the duration of the meetings, will be provided only to participants staying in the recommended hotels. Participants staying at any other hotel are required to make their own transport arrangements from the hotel to the meeting venue. Governor/ Deputy Governor/ or any other officer designated as Head of Delegation will be provided with a chauffeur driven car. A liaison officer will be attached to them for the duration of their stay.
Weather: Mauritius enjoys a mild tropical maritime climate throughout the year. The country has two seasons: a warm humid summer extending from November to April and a relatively cool dry winter from June to September. Mean summer temperature is 24.7 degrees Celsius and mean winter temperature is 20.4 degrees Celsius.
