Paste text from a Word document 

The draft of an article in Word or another text editor like OpenOffice Writer (OOo Writer) is very different from the HTML format. If you simply cut and paste, a text editor like Word will leave plenty of slag on the page. There are tools you can use to rewrite this text and convert it to HTML format. This section provides some tips on formatting that help you maintain consistency in the presentation of website pages. 

About Us

The idea of an Association of African Central Banks was first introduced on May 25, 1963, at the Summit Conference of African Heads of State and Government held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In this regard, African Heads of State and Government unanimously agreed to set up a preparatory Economic Committee to study a large range of monetary and financial issues, in collaboration with Governments and in consultation with the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA).
