I booked Ocean Bay Hotel

The app does not accept the booked Hotel Name. FYI : the hotel booked is African Princess Beach Hotel, Single Room (upper floor). 

Please kindly arrange the airport pick-up at the arrival and transfert for departure flight and communicate the pick - up details by mail before the 5/04.  

Please provide transport to and from Airport to Hotel as well as to and from Hotel to the Conference Center.

Travel itinerary now finalised. Shuttle required between hotel and airport (5th and 8th) as well as between hotel and conference centre on 6th and 7th.

I have booked a standard room non-smoking (it was not an option on your drop down box in the accommodation's room description field).
